When you open an account at Scotland Community Credit Union, you get more than a safe place to invest your money and a market rate of return—you are also supporting your community, along with your fellow credit union members.

Opening an account is easy and can be done using the applications found on this website, or by visiting the branch to complete an application.

Please complete a personal application if you wish to establish a non-business membership in the credit union and open individual or joint accounts.

POD Trust Account Form

If you wish to open a POD Trust, or Custodian/Power of Attorney account, you must complete a personal application along with one of these forms.

Please complete a business/non-profit organization application if you wish to establish a business membership in the credit union and open accounts for the purpose of serving the business or organization. You are required to complete a corporate resolution and signature authority form along with any new business or non-profit application. Please click on the link below to access a copy of the corporate resolution.

Corporate Resolution & Signature Authority Form

A stand-alone corporate resolution & signature authority form is located here. Important Information About Procedures For Opening A New Account
Member Identification Program
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver license or other identifying documents.
