Online Banking
CU...At Your Service! is available to Scotland Community Credit Union members free of charge. This secure, online system allows you to use your computer to make loan payments, pay bills, review balances, determine which checks have cleared your account, and transfer funds from one account to another. CU…At Your Service! is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to your account information is password protected for your security.
Using CU… At Your Service!, you can download recent credit union account information directly into your personal finance program at home or in the office. To access this feature, click on the “download” tab of the online banking site, and select either Quicken or Microsoft Money from the dropdown menu. The download feature will only work if you have Quicken or Microsoft personal finance software loaded on your computer. A new system upgrade now allows your data to be formatted for the newest version of Quicken. Our online banking system will allow you to retrieve up to 90 days worth of credit union account information including deposits, withdrawals, dividends, etc., from any of your credit union accounts.
Credit Card Account Management
Link to the eZ Card Info website at https://www.ezcardinfo.com to securely pay your Visa credit card bill and get up-to-date information on your Visa credit card account, using your computer. Access to your account is password protected for your security. The eZ Card Info website is a separate site governed by another firm's privacy policy.
Telephone Access
CU On Call is a self-service telephone account access system. Get up-to-date account information by calling toll-free at 1-866-708-0694. Also perform transfers and withdrawals to and from your accounts. All you need is your account number and four-digit password. CU On Call is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Access to your account is password protected for your security.
