Automatic Transfer
Automatic Transfer allows a credit union member to transfer credit union funds, automatically, on a regularly scheduled basis. For example, a member may instruct the credit union to deduct credit union loan payments directly out of a selected credit union account. The loan payment will be made according to the transfer schedule, provided funds are available in the selected account. Automatic Transfer also enables money to be moved electronically among most member accounts held at the credit union. Automatic Transfer also may provide a convenient way to fund a CD or Holiday Club account. Note: Individual Retirement Accounts and some other credit union accounts have transfer limitations or restrictions. Contact a credit union representative for more information on how to set up this service.

Overdraft Transfer or Line of Credit
With overdraft transfer or an overdraft line of credit, the credit union will access supplemental funds on behalf of the member, to make up for the unavailability of primary funds in the member’s checking account. This overdraft coverage is only available with a basic, premium, or business checking account.
The credit union will access an overdraft line of credit and/or overdraft transfer to cover insufficient funds in a member’s checking account resulting from a posted transaction between the member and a merchant or other third party. Members may not obtain cash from overdraft via teller transaction.
All overdraft lines of credit are subject to the loan approval guidelines of the credit union. The maximum amount of overdraft line of credit coverage is $500.
Overdraft transfer will link a member’s checking account to the member’s credit union savings account. The credit union will access available supplemental funds from the member’s savings account to make up for the unavailability of primary funds in the member’s checking account. The credit union will charge a small fee for each overdraft transfer.
See separate fee card for details on transaction and maintenance fees.
Payroll Deduction
Arrange with your employer to have certain payments withdrawn directly from your credit union savings or checking account at the time that your payroll earnings are deposited into the credit union account. With payroll deduction, a member can make loan payments on time without having to transfer funds, write a check, or visit the branch. Talk with the human resources department at your place of employment to arrange for payroll deduction.
